OpenResty 1.5.11.1 RC2 is now available

Hi folks!

ngx_openresty 1.5.11.1 RC2 is now available for testing:

    http://openresty.org/download/ngx_openresty-1.5.11.1rc2.tar.gz

It includes

1. a fix for the compilation errors on Mac OS X 10.7+, reported by
Hamish Forbes, and

2. a fix for compilation errors in LuaJIT v2.1 on DragonFly BSD,
reported by lhmwzy.
