Who if anyone maintains openresty packages?

What systems are available? Is there a link?

If not how do I create packages for it?

I didn't find any packages back when we were deploying openresty at Swiftype, so I've just created my own package and added build recipe to my collection: https://github.com/kovyrin/rpmbuild/tree/master/ok-openresty.
