Yes, you can use openresty in a commercial setup as long as the
licenses of all the components that you actually use are followed.
I intentionally only include components with BSD-style licenses so it
should be trivial to follow in a commercial setup.
Other components like those GPL licensed ones are intentionally
excluded (or replaced by BSD-style licensed equivalents). If I've
missed anything, just drop me a line.
