1. 见官方发布日志。

2. 可以。

ngx_openresty-1.2.3.3.tar.gz openresty 版本号的前3位就是 nginx 的版本号。

php-fpm 及其他各种后端的整合是 nginx 的能力，跟 openresty 本身无关。
