Hello.

Though TCP proxing is available from nginx-1.9.0, do you have any plans for enabling ngx_lua in stream block in the future?

Yes, sure. It has been on my TODO list though I haven't got a detailed plan yet.

Having said that, you're more than welcome to give it a try yourself
to speed up the process ;)
