How is ssl_certificate_by_lua_* supposed to behave with multiple server blocks. From my testing the default_server block is always trigger, ssl_certificate_by_lua_ seems to occur before nginx's SNI based lookup of certificates when VirtualHosting. Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?
