[ANN] OpenResty 1.15.8.1 RC2 now available for testing

Hi folks,

I've just kicked out OpenResty 1.15.8.1 RC2 for testing:

    https://openresty.org/en/ann-1015008001rc2.html

You can download the source tarball and the Windows binary packages
from this web page.

Complete change logs can also be found on the web page above. We have
various important bug fixes and enhancements since RC1.

Feedback welcome!

The formal version 1.15.8.1 will be out if we do not get showstoppers
reported by the community in the next one week or so.

openresty/openresty:1.15.8.1rc2-0-alpine

openresty/openresty:1.15.8.1rc2-0-alpine-fat

openresty/openresty:1.15.8.1rc2-0-bionic

openresty/openresty:1.15.8.1rc2-0-windows

openresty/openresty:1.15.8.1rc2-0-xenial

CentOS and Stretch images built from upstream packages will be available shortly after the release of 1.15.8.1.

Thanks for these images, Evan!

Seems like we should put these docker images into openresty.org's
announcement page and download page as well in the future :)

It seems that RC2 has no new issues reported in the last week. I'm
gonna make a formal 1.15.8.1 release tomorrow.
