Hi,
While testing the nginx-lua/open-resty frameworks with HTTP/2 I ran into some issues with sub-requests. Now, I am aware of some of the issues reported on github regarding HTTP/2 support e.g.,
https://github.com/openresty/lua-nginx-module/issues/566, but wanted to see whether it would affect our use-case. Although initial experiments (done by removing some gating code in the lua module that prevented sub-requests) were successful, we soon ran into problems once comprehensive testing was done.
For the use-case where we are looking to use OpenResty, HTTP/2 is an important protocol to support. In this context, therefore, I am wondering whether support for HTTP/2 is being actively worked on in the community. If not, are there any timelines when when work on this will be taken up?
Thank you.
Regards.
