I'm looking to hire a full time Senior developer for this work in Beijing.

My key personality requirements are:

1. Smart

2. Pro-active

3. Not lazy

In terms of technical skills. The ideal person would know:

1. Scala

2. Nginx (high performance webserver)

3. Load-balancing

4. Linux

5. 2-5 years of experience in scaling to thousands of concurrent transactions.
