openresty的stream组件是否能支持一下starttls吗？

目前已经支持tcp socket编程，处理加密端口的TLS协议过程很方便，但是普通端口也有一种方式可以升级成加密请求，即starttls指令。
这个组件可以也支持一下starttls吗？
