i was build openrestry 1.15.8 use cygwin on Win10, at last setp has error:

checking for LuaJIT library in /tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/lib and /tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/include/luajit-2.1 (specified by the LUAJIT_LIB and LUAJIT_INC env) ... not found
./configure: error: ngx_http_lua_module requires the LuaJIT library, but it could not be found where specified (LUAJIT_LIB=/tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/lib, LUAJIT_INC=/tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/include/luajit-2.1).
tips: /tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/lib && /tmp/openresty/build/luajit-root/luajit/include/luajit-2.1 is exists
